SOLOMON Warriors striker, and three times Telekom Super League Cup Golden boot winner, Benjamin Totori is aiming to win the prize for the fourth time in this year’s season.
Benjamin Totori, 35, underlined his status as one of the Telekom S-League’s most complete forwards by winning top Golden Boot and Playmaker awards in his overall domestic league career.
“I think, I am one of the oldest players (in his 30s) to compete in this year’s Telekom Super League (TSL) golden boot race,’’ said the small but speedy striker. “I don’t have much pressure either, but if it meant to be, then this would be a bonus for me.”
Benjamin Totori is going to be in the Solomon Warriors FC line-up for the next and final match of the Telekom S-League season on Saturday 21 October at the Lawson Tama Stadium against Waneagu United FC.
Totori now levels his 12 goals with his Solomon Warriors teammate, Dennis Ifunaoa, and Henderson Eels FC golden boot contender, Rafael Lea’i.
