THE Solomon Islands Basketball Federation (SIBF) is preparing to roll out the National Team program commencing on March 18.
Tipping off with the Men’s training squad, the Women’s National Team training squad will commence in April. Training is to be conducted with SINIS and FIBA Oceania support.
The President is calling on all players to prepare for the commencement of the program and preparations for this year’s planned international friendlies and also in advance of the 2025 FIBA Melanesian Cup.
The Team Management positions will be advertised shortly and this program will run through until 2025.
Up-and-coming players not on the list can still have an opportunity to prove themselves before the final selections, especially during this year’s leagues and tournaments.
