OUR Talented Pathways Department of the Solomon Islands National Institute of Sports is currently running a talent identification testing program to scout potential male sprinters for the 2023 Pacific Games in Honiara.
The talent identification program is currently underway at the Solomon Islands National Institute of Sports (SINIS) track and field facility at the King George Six School, East of Honiara.

Students aged 15 years and above from various secondary and tertiary institutions in Honiara and Guadalcanal are invited to try out for 100m and 400m sprint events.
Track and Field Events Coach, Paul Kori told RAW SPORTS that they are yet to identify sprint athletes to be part of the national athletics training squad to prepare for the upcoming Games in Honiara.
He said the SINIS Our Talented Pathways Department is embarking on a major talent hunt for athletes in the sprint event to boost its preparation and representation at the 2023 Pacific Games.

The program is expected to continue as of this week at the SINIS track and field facility at the King George Six School, East of Honiara.
