The 2025 Auki Capital League came to a thrilling conclusion with W4 United emerging as champions, capping off an exciting season of football filled with passion, skill, and sportsmanship at the Malaita Provincial Capital, Auki.
In a fiercely contested competition, W4 United secured the championship title, leaving Midwest FC to settle for the runner-up position. Central United claimed third place, while Northwest FC took fourth and was also honored with the Fair Play Team award for their exemplary conduct throughout the season.
The individual accolades reflected the standout performances that lit up the league. Jalex of Midwest FC was named the Golden Ball winner, recognized as the best player of the tournament. His teammate, Ben, earned the Golden Glove as the league’s top goalkeeper, while Ezra D from W4 United walked away with the Golden Boot, having scored the most goals this season.

The Organizing Committee of the Auki Capital League 2025 extended heartfelt thanks to all team managers, captains, and players for their unwavering commitment, competitive spirit, and dedication to the sport. Their collective efforts were instrumental in making this season a resounding success.
“Special acknowledgment was given to the Malaita Football Association Executive Members for their tireless work behind the scenes to ensure the league’s smooth operation and continued growth.

The organizers also expressed sincere appreciation to the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) for their vital support and partnership in advancing football development across Malaita and the nation.
