JACOB Moli says he understands the Telekom Super League 2020-21 season of scheduled matches are tough, although the Central Coast FC Coach said every rival team deserves their biggest respect.
“No team at this Telekom’s Super League (TSL) season are weak, every team is strong, and they can beat anyone,’’ Moli told Raw Sports. “Therefore, we have to treat every competing club with huge respect.”
Last weekend on Saturday, the TSL table leader, Central Coast were held by arch-rival and table runner-up, Solomon Warriors 0-0 at Lawson Tama Stadium.
“The match against Warriors was very tough in the sense that both teams want a win, but it happens that we come to a draw at the end,” Moli said. “We will continue to maintain our faith, confidence, and hope despite the result; I am glad, we still maintain the two-point lead on the ladder.
“We have one more game to go, and I am proud of my boy’s performance against Solomon Warriors.”
Central Coast had maintained their lead throughout the season after they played 21 matches, conceding 3 losses and 3 draws. They are currently on 48 points (1st position) and they will play their final match against Marist FC this weekend – Sunday 21, at 4 pm, Lawson Tama Stadium.
