The countdown is officially on for the Solomon Cup 2026, with just days remaining before kickoff on 22 November, as excitement continues to build across the country for Solomon Islands’ premier domestic football championship.
The Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) has released the official match schedule for the tournament, which will run from 22 November to 5 December 2026. Football fans are being encouraged to check the fixtures, mark their calendars, and prepare to support their respective provincial teams as they battle for national glory.

Adding to the momentum, SIFF has confirmed Solrais as the tournament’s Official Rice Sponsor. Under the partnership agreement, Solrais will provide rice supplies to all provincial teams participating in the competition.
SIFF Chief Executive Officer thanked Solrais for its continued commitment to football development and its longstanding support of the women’s game in Solomon Islands. Solrais Sales Representative Josuah Walo said the company was pleased to support Solomon Cup 2026 while promoting its products through the partnership.
Meanwhile, Trans Pacific Assurance has also joined the growing list of sponsors backing the tournament. The company, which already provides travel insurance coverage for Solomon Islands national teams competing internationally, has expanded its support to include the country’s flagship domestic football event.

Speaking during the sponsorship announcement, Diana Tasion of Trans Pacific Assurance said the company was delighted to support football and contribute positively to communities throughout Solomon Islands.

SIFF has welcomed the support of both sponsors, noting that strong corporate partnerships play a vital role in the successful delivery of the tournament and the continued growth of football nationwide.
With the fixture list confirmed and sponsorship support increasing, anticipation is continuing to build ahead of what promises to be an exciting two weeks of provincial football action.
